heya!! im at ipp now.. attached under UOB Travel Planners... not a bad company.. but it seems really stressful sia.. need to learn lots of things.. ok la nvm still will know how a travel agency works at the end of ipp.. talking abt the ppl there.. they are actually quite nice.. esp my senior officer, Johnston.. can learn lots of things from him.. he is so nice to us as well.. yesterday i was just sitting down there answering calls.. really boring.. learnt a few products but not really many ppl called to enquire for those.. today is not bad.. quite busy.. answered many calls and learnt how to use some softwares.. yeah i sent an email to a customer.. hehe.. one step at a time.. challenging job!! jia you!! btw my computer is officially GONE CASE.. LOL now using my dad's laptop to blog.. still waiting for new computer!! haha ok till next time!! :) |
