finally i've decided to blog.. ipp is getting really busy these 2 wks.. probably due to march holidays coming and NATAS at the end of the mth.. can't go home on the dot anymore.. leaving the earliest around 6pm, latest 7pm or even later.. tink it's the life of working in a travel agency.. if u haven't finished your work, you can't go home.. well, i've survived 3 wks!! :) shall not talk abt some issues happened this wk though.. it is a challenging job.. can't affort to make any mistake.. of cos you won't know wad kind of customer you are talking to.. he/she might be nice on the phone.. but once you make a mistake, some will complain till you can't tahan.. all we have to do is REN!! i almost finished watching hana kimi on youtube.. one last episode to go!! i can't wait :)) must be sweet ending i think.. just like this pic!! :p
