just some personal thoughts..

experienced handling of different types of customers.. have very nice ones as well as the niao ones.. some of them sounded very good to u on the phone but once u made a mistake they will turn nasty and complain.. there is a hong kong case i handled that made the company lost quite a bit of money.. lucky i dun need to pay the loss in the end.. thank u so much for my senior johnston for handling that complain case!!

overall i dun think i did well at the front line.. one thing for sure was i wasnt confident of myself there.. but i've survived through lots of scoldings of my supervisor.. gaas!! :(

i have learnt to work under extreme stress.. that is really extreme.. during that time i was sort of MIA from my friends' eyes.. hahass.. during that time, i really felt like crying everyday.. haiss.. even simple reservations i handled i will experience pressure from the counter staff, eleanor ( the only woman doing ops so far ).. she will shout at me for small mistakes.. i can understand la.. as karen who has worked in travel agencies before told me: u cannot offend the ops ppl, they are presurized by many different people.. like airlines, their own colleagues all that.. no wonder i could be in such bad mood during that period..

talking about NATAS, really an eye opener for me.. great experience but super xiong and exhausting..

i was assigned to assit Kenny.. my ipp really ended v well there.. as i have written i previous posts.. NO STRESS AT ALL!! though it's a bit dry and boring doing the same old thing everyday.. oh well kenny is a nice guy.. he supposed to treat us leh.. but in the end he too busy liao.. but it's ok la.. we can understand de.. hehe.. time to get a gf kenny, not so young anymore hor :p that's wad me and juan always tell him.. even on our last day there.. haha

ok!! time to blog about yesterday =))

i started my day as usual.. doing all the things i was supposed to do..

until about 5pm, i went to peiluan aka mimi there to pack my stuff.. cos all my things are there.. hahass.. we like packing and throwing papers for half an hr lidat.. then i went back to kenny there to handover the completed and undone updates of profile to him.. he like a bit sad that he is on his own again.. which means going home later.. i also a bit sad bcos im so customed to that little corner and lessen his workload.. no more data entries from mon onwards.. hmm.. i still duno whether it's good or bad to leave tones of work undone.. thank u kenny for being such a great person and appriciate everything i've done :)

we say byes to all our colleagues at the counter and products department and kelly jie.. she helped us alot during NATAS.. thank u eleanor for teaching my ops stuff.. i know u are stress but dun always shout at ppl k? hope the company can employ someone to help u soon~

our supervisor had a long chat with us.. we bought a cake for her.. though we didn't get to eat it la.. she was nice to us yesterday.. that was not bad.. but good that we are leaving.. we dun need to see her anymore cos she is v fierce when comes to work..

oh of cos, i would like to say a big thank you to all my seniors and colleagues!! thank you for everything =))

i will miss all of them.. LOVES!!

went to Allura's gig in HOME CLUB last nite with weiying.. i had a great time listening to gigs not only by Allura but also another band called Another Sunday Afternoon.. the type of music they played are very different.. Allura's songs are hard rock type that makes u high while Another Sunday Afternoon's songs are more like slow and built up type.. one thing in common: they are great vocalist~
